This policy explains what personal and credit information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and your rights in relation to that information.

What Information We Collect

As part of providing finance broking services, we collect personal and credit information including your name, contact details, date of birth, identification documents, employment and income details, assets and liabilities, credit history, and information about the loan or finance product you are seeking. We collect this information directly from you, and where necessary, from credit reporting bodies, lenders, and other financial institutions, so that we can assess your needs and present suitable finance options.

How We Use and Store Your Information

We use your personal and credit information to assess your finance needs, prepare and submit loan applications on your behalf, and liaise with lenders and other parties involved in your application. We may share your information with lenders, credit reporting bodies, mortgage insurers, and other professionals (such as accountants or solicitors) where relevant to your application, and with our aggregator, Yellow Brick Road (YBR), as required under our credit representative arrangement. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only for as long as necessary to meet our legal and business obligations.
